1. CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
No, you cannot cancel or change the order. Once the order has been placed, it is forwarded to the production team where the process starts immediately.
2. DO YOU SHIP DOMESTIC AND INTERANTIONAL?
Yes, for domestic orders we provide free shipping. For international orders, there are standard charges.
3. CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER?
To customize an order, you can connect with our online or store team via email and/or the phone numbers provided. The concerned team will get in touch with you.
4. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track it through the “track your order” section under return & exchange.
5. WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED ORDER?
At ANUSHREE REDDY, we take all the required safety measures to ensure a safe delivery, however if you still receive a damaged product, kindly send us the picture/video of the garment with the order number to the concerned team and we will further guide you with the process.

It’s not mandatory. You can login as a guest and shop from our site.

You can refer to the size chart available under every product to match your measurements.
9. WHAT CAN I DO IN CASE OF A FAILED TRANSACTION?
Please reach out to our customer care team with your bank transaction/details on the debited/failed transaction.
10.DO YOU ACCEPT CASH ON DELIVERY?
We don’t accept cash on delivery. All order payments are to be made in advance.
11. Are there any extra charges other than international shipping costs?
In Anushree Reddy we sell the outfits as is. If you have any customizations please get in touch with our online/store teams. Charges vary on the required outfits and customizations.
12) How long does it take to receive my order?
The approximate timeline to receive your order will be anywhere between 4 to 6 weeks.
13. I am based out of India and I want to place an order for a delivery in India. Is it possible?
Yes, shipping within India is free and you can follow the regular steps to place your order
